Paul Klokinis
Director, Market Development for North Central, Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions
Paul is the Director of Market Development for our North Central, Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions. He is responsible for client management, client delivery, partner collaboration and regional events. He brings over 20+ years’ experience leading large client transformation programs, application modernization and enterprise integrations projects while delivering strategic outcomes across most major industry groups for companies of all sizes (global, F500, start-ups, etc.). Paul has held strategic roles at major global companies (IBM, EDS, CSC, ABB, Omnicom) and start-ups over the years. He thrives on defining client strategic goals and business cases and managing collaborative teams to successful outcomes. He has consistently been recognized for his and his team’s performance, delivering innovative solutions and maximizing client impact.
Ben Parkinson
Director, Western Region
Ben is Director, Western Region for T4S Partners. Ben is responsible for managing client development and delivery in the western region. Ben brings over 25 years of experience within business process optimization, software development and integration and delivery. He has held strategic roles in global IT Services firms such as CSC, Logica, KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint and Oxford Global Resources across the life sciences, technology, financial services, utilities, and oil/gas industries. Ben’s strategic sales experience includes a track record for building key relationships and assembling innovative teams. He has assisted clients with implementing new ideas and technologies and has gone beyond syncing key resources with organizational needs. He focuses on taking client projects to a transformational level of performance.
Mike Gailey
Director, Business Development for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions
Mike is the Director of Business Development for the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions for T4S Partners. As such, he is responsible for managing client development and supporting delivery in the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, western Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. Mike brings nearly 40 years of IT experience and has assisted numerous organizations in developing and delivering strategy, sales, sales support consulting, and practice management services. He prides himself on being able to connect customer needs with existing capabilities and solutions to deliver value to an organization. Prior to joining T4S Partners, Mike spent nearly two decades leading national practices at CSC/DXC. He resides in Ohio with his wife and family.
Charles Goodman
Director, Northeast Region
Charles is Director, Northeast Region for T4S Partners. Charles is responsible for managing client development and delivery in the northeast region. Charles brings over 25 years of experience within business process optimization, software development, integration, and delivery as well as systems engineering. He has held strategic positions with IBM in financial services, consulting, legal and accounting industries. Charles served as the COO for a large pediatric healthcare firm. Charles’s strategic sales experience includes a track record for building key relationships and assembling innovative teams. He has assisted clients with implementing new ideas and technologies and has gone beyond syncing key resources with organizational needs. He focuses on taking client projects to a transformational level of performance.
Eliot Diamond
Director, Business Development for the Southeast and TOLA Regions
Eliot is Director of Business Development for the Southeast and TOLA Regions for T4S Partners. As such, he is responsible for managing client development and supporting delivery in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina. Eliot brings over 35 years of experience and has assisted numerous organizations in developing Strategy, Process Improvement, Software Development and Delivery, Change Enablement and Cultural Transformation. He prides himself on establishing collaborative partnerships with his clients in order to solve whatever business challenges they may be facing and delivering value to their organization.
Prior to joining T4S Partners, Eliot has held strategic roles in Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, Proctor and Gamble, Huron Consulting and most recently BDO. He resides in Florida with his wife Andrea.
Kurt Brock
Chief Enterprise Architect
Kurt is the Chief Enterprise Architect at T4S and is responsible for ensuring our customers use architectural disciplines and best practices to solve their most complex business challenges on the best of breed service management platforms while accelerating their long-term digital transformation journey, maximizing shareholder value. Kurt brings decades of experience to T4S with a strong track record of advising senior executives on their digital transformation strategy while integrating agile architectural disciplines to the team’s applied methodologies. Kurt was most recently an Enterprise Architect at Ivanti and then Salesforce where he led the Financial Services team. Prior to this role, Kurt was an Enterprise Architect with Oracle and Vice President of Engineering with Space Systems/Loral. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science Degree in Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University. Kurt is a certified systems engineering professional (CSEP), a certified ToGAF practitioner, a certified Scrum Master Product Owner and fully certified in the scaled agile framework, SAFe. Kurt also has 3 issued US Patents and 4 pending.
Adrian Cordova
Manager, Inside Sales & Marketing
Adrian oversees inside sales, marketing lead generation activities, and provides sales/marketing support for our Account Executive team as well as our partner ecosystem. He has over 20 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and client support. Adrian enjoys developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships and brings leadership experience from multiple verticals. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Religious Studies from Aspen Christian College.
