He brings more than 30 years of Management Leadership in Sales & Marketing and New Business Development where he has a successful track record of building profitable businesses in the IT Consulting Industry.
Prior to T4S Rob held leadership positions at AOS – President of Consulting, CSC – Senior Partner, TeleTech – Senior Business Development Director, and Unisys – Head of Federal Reserve. He has industry experience with many Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries.

Tracy is an Enterprise Service and Asset Specialist at Ivanti for the past 6 1/2 years. She has 15 years experience in ITSM/ITAM best practice and competence, with 20 Years experience in Public Sector Sales.
Paul Tocci

Paul is a founder, Practice Partner, and CTO of T4S Partners. He has over 25 years of experience leading diverse, multi-national teams of IT Service & Operations Management, software development, and project management professionals. Paul has a deep knowledge of Enterprise Service Management, IT services and support, continual improvement, data center infrastructure, application development, cloud enablement and cloud adoption. He comes to T4S with an extensive leadership background and extensive experience in the consulting and software industry.
Prior to T4S, Paul led Computer Science Corporation’s Virtual Data Center Practice in North America. Under Paul’s leadership, the unit experienced market-leading, top-line growth. Paul also served as CSC’s Western Regional Technology Director where he was responsible for sales and delivery of technology solutions and offerings. Paul also held the position of Software Development Manager for IHS, a leading provider of comprehensive industry information solutions. During his consulting career, Paul has served many notable Fortune 500 companies including Comcast, Coors, UTC/Sikorsky, Catholic Health Initiatives, AARP, IHS, CVS Health, Dell, PG&E, as well as several internet-based startups. Paul is a graduate of the San Jose State University.
