This initial version of our app adds a simple, straightforward customer satisfaction survey on every ticket – enabling your customers to provide immediate feedback without leaving the ticket or the JSM Portal.
JSM Project Administrators can customize the language used to indicate the three satisfaction levels and the language prompting the user to submit the survey.
The survey results are immediately captured as comments in the ticket’s activity history, enabling capture without requiring custom fields or forms. The resulting survey comment includes any custom language for the three satisfaction rating levels.

Our roadmap for this application includes many new features, including:
- Ability to provide a range of buttons or stars
- Provide a means to search for the survey results using JQL
- Enable the survey only after the ticket has been resolved
- Support for different survey configurations for separate projects or portals
