This app adds a customer satisfaction survey to every ticket – enabling your customers the ability to provide valuable experience feedback when looking at their ticket status on the JSM Portal.
App administrators can customize the language used to indicate three satisfaction levels and the language prompting the user to submit the survey.
The survey results are immediately captured as comments in the ticket’s activity history, enabling capture without requiring custom fields or forms. The resulting survey comment includes any custom language for the three satisfaction rating levels.
