With a limited budget and a tight timeframe, DSW was looking to deploy ITIL Process aligned tool.  DSW, a division of Designer Brands, Inc., needed to update their ITSM solution and amend their processes to align with the ITIL standard. This required a flexible and efficient environment for IT and the Store support, as well as supporting the organizations DevOps initiatives.  This deployment needed to take into account other parallel, critical system deployments and account for aggressive schedule requirements.

Results

Working collaboratively with DSW, a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach was taken and a solution leveraging Out Of The Box (OOTB) functionality.  The final solution was delivered and met functionality and timeframe requirements for DSW.  One key project member commented that this was the least disruptive system deployment they had been a part of at DSW.
