With a limited budget and a tight timeframe, DSW needed to deploy an ITIL-aligned ITSM Solution quickly and efficiently. As a division of Designer Brands, Inc., DSW was also managing several other critical system deployments. Therefore, the new ITSM platform had to integrate seamlessly without disrupting ongoing operations.

At the same time, DSW aimed to modernize its service management processes to align with ITIL standards. The company required a flexible environment that supported both IT and store operations. Additionally, the solution needed to accommodate the organization’s growing DevOps initiatives. Given these priorities and the aggressive schedule, DSW turned to T4S Partners for expert guidance.

Solution Approach

To address these challenges, T4S Partners implemented Ivanti as the core ITSM platform. The deployment included essential ITIL processes such as Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management. Furthermore, T4S configured Service Level Agreements (SLAs), a Service Catalog, and a user-friendly portal to enhance service delivery.

In addition, the team implemented Service Asset and Configuration Management to improve visibility and control. They also integrated the T4S MSP mApp and customer approval workflows to streamline operations. To strengthen security and efficiency, Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication and automated discovery tools were added.

Moreover, T4S developed custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. These tools enabled DSW to monitor performance and make informed decisions. Throughout the project, T4S worked closely with DSW to ensure the solution aligned with business goals. As a result, the team delivered a scalable and adaptable ITIL-aligned ITSM Solution that met both technical and operational needs.

Results

T4S and DSW adopted a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach to accelerate delivery. By leveraging Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities, the team met functionality and timeline requirements. One key project member shared,
