Paul Bussiere is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with over 20 years of experience designing technology solutions in large complex enterprises. He specializes in IT transformational processes such as, Business Service Management (BSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). Paul was most recently at Cherwell for 4 years where he headed the creation of the Information Security Management System and other mergeable applications.
Paul has leveraged his background in BSM, as both an employee and a consultant, across several Asset & Configuration Management initiatives. His experience across people, data, process and technology in large complex environments has driven significant improvements in managing risks, costs, insight and efficiencies.
