Integrated Facilities Management Solution provides QuikTrip with mobile means of managing all facilities

QuikTrip (QT), a national convenience store chain, sought a new Facilities Management system for over 1,100 stores as their current system was inadequate and due for an upgrade. T4S Partners, in collaboration with Magic Software, implemented a comprehensive solution that not only integrated facilities management within QT’s existing ITSM but also enhanced overall operational efficiency and visibility.

T4S conducted a detailed review of QT’s facilities processes, integrating existing ITSM components, such as customer and financial data, to streamline operations. The solution included a mobile app with offline capabilities and auto-routing for work orders, enabling improved collaboration across IT and facilities teams.
