T4S Partners Inc. is recruiting multiple levels of consultants for our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice. The ESM Consultant will consistently provide world-class customer and technical service, exceeding the highest standards of performance and customer experience.
Daily responsibilities typically include handling customer and client requests, project work, and internal projects.
Experience:
Experience configuring or implementing ITSM platforms such as:
- Cherwell Service Management experience (CSM)
- Ivanti Service Manager experience (ISM)
- Ivanti Neurons for ITSM experience (N4I)
Educational Requirements:
- B.S./B.A. in a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered
Nice to have (not required)
- Cherwell Certification(s)
- Ivanti Certification(s)
- LDAP
- Windows Server
- SAML
- Integrations
- JavaScript/HTML/CSS
- Report Writing
- SQL Server
- ITIL Certification
Prefer to have
- Cherwell Service Management and Ivanti Service Manager experience OR
- Jira Service Management experience

Target Salary
- Commensurate with Skills and Experience (from $60K – $120K Base Salary)
