Transforming Enterprise Service Management with Ivanti

Solution

To address these challenges, Netrix implemented a unique and complex Managed Service Provider (MSP) solution using Ivanti. This configuration enabled business units to adopt Ivanti as their core ESM platform. Furthermore, the team developed a new timesheet component with full NetSuite integration. This improved time tracking and data accuracy.

In addition, Netrix implemented a full suite of ITIL processes, including a service catalog and a configuration management database (CMDB). These enhancements provided structure, visibility, and control across the organization. As a result, the company laid a strong foundation for scalable service delivery.

This MSP implementation of Ivanti delivered measurable results. Within 120 days, Netrix realized value from the new platform.
