Solution
Configured a unique and complex MSP solution for business units to leverage Ivanti as their core ESM solution. Created a new Timesheet component and process for time tracking with NetSuite integration. Full suite of ITIL processes, service catalog and CMDB.
Results
This MSP implementation of Ivanti provides a foundation for unifying Netrix’s business units onto one ITSM platform. In 120 days, client received value from a new platform including process improvement, integration, and operating efficiencies.
