The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) asked T4S to help them migrate from Cherwell Service Management (CSM) to Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. With the end of life for CSM, there was an urgent need to transition to a new platform. ARDOT aimed to avoid updating CSM to prevent increasing technical debt and to meet like-for-like portal user expectations while ensuring a seamless data migration.

T4S Partners built tailored solution to address ARDOT’s challenges, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. The approach included re-implementing CSM functionalities in Ivanti Neurons for ITSM and full data migration.
