ABS Enhances Ivanti Platform for Seamless Onboarding and Offboarding
American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) is a leading safety and risk management advisor for marine technical services. ABS was using a fraction of the features in its Ivanti platform and wanted more from their investment. This project helped fill critical gaps in IT processes and create a workflow for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Solution
Onboarding/Offboarding workflow using service catalog templates to create custom tasks as needed. Improved processes for ticket classification, triage and routing to the correct teams.
Results
Re-established confidence in Ivanti and generated excitement for using it as ABS grows in the future. Business was convinced of the platform’s ability to meet their (non-IT) needs. Laid the foundation for future ITIL process improvements.
