Developing the MyBrandForce Operational Platform:
The MyBrandForce platform includes three core applications, each designed for a specific user group.
Brand Agents use a mobile app to claim and complete assignments. Tasks may include answering questions, taking photos, or interviewing store managers. The app also supports training, notifications, and payment tracking.
MyBrandForce staff operate the Command Center. This tool helps them recruit, train, and manage Brand Agents. It also enables real-time mission monitoring, issue escalation, data scoring, and payment processing.
Customers interact with the customer portal, which provides real-time mission visibility. It can be customized to meet specific needs. With live alerts and data, customers can spot execution issues and respond immediately.
T4S Partners selected the OutSystems low-code platform to build this solution. Speed, scalability, and responsiveness were critical. Thanks to a strong architectural foundation, T4S delivered the first production release of all three applications in just three months.
Each development sprint adds new features. These include usability enhancements, automation, and third-party integrations. One key integration is with Plaid.com, enabling next-day payments for Brand Agents. Soon, real-time payments will be available. The low-code platform allows T4S to deliver rapid business value.

Gaining Market Traction:
Following the platform launch, MyBrandForce attracted interest from both innovative startups and Fortune 500 companies. The first customer signed on in October 2022. Since then, the sales pipeline has grown steadily.
