He has industry experience with many Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries. Bert is a founder and Managing Partner of T4S Partners. As COO, Bert is responsible for emerging technologies and overseeing customer support and internal operations. Ron is a founder and Chief Administrative Officer of T4S Partners. As CAO, Ron is responsible for the Financial and Shared Services operations for T4S. Ron brings more than 25 years of experience in the areas of Finance and Operations in the Technology and Consulting Industry. Ron has also held leadership positions in the areas of operational leadership, staff management and talent development, vendor management, recruiting, and corporate policy governance.
Prior to T4S, Ron held a variety of leadership positions at CSC including, Operations Manager for Technology Consulting and Strategic Services of Computer Sciences Corporation North America. Ron started his career at Cap Gemini where he was a Principal Consultant delivering value to many Fortune 500 Companies: Conoco, British Petroleum, Novacor Chemicals, Chevron, Texaco, Imperial Oil, General Motors, and Foodbrands. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science from York College and a Master’s of Science from Kent State University.

Paul is a founder, Practice Partner and CTO of T4S Partners. He has over 25 years of experience leading diverse, multi-national teams of IT Service & Operations Management, software development and project management professionals. Paul has a deep knowledge of IT services and support, continual improvement, cloud enablement and cloud adoption. He comes to T4S with an extensive leadership background and extensive experience in the consulting and software industry.
Prior to T4S, Paul lead Computer Science Corporation’s Virtual Data Center Practice in North America. Under Paul’s leadership, the unit experienced market leading, top line growth. Paul also served as CSC’s Western Regional Technology Director where he was responsible for sales and delivery of technology solutions and offerings. Paul also held the position of Software Development Manager for IHS, a leading provider of comprehensive industry information solutions. During his consulting career, Paul has served many notable Fortune 500 companies including: Comcast, Coors, UTC/Sikorsky, Catholic Health Initiatives, AARP, IHS, CVS Health, Dell, PG&E, as well as several internet-based startups. Paul is a graduate of the San Jose State University.

Carol is a founder and Practice Partner for the Digital Advisory Practice Area. She comes to T4S with an extensive leadership background and over 25 years of experience in the consulting and software industry. She most recently served as the leader for CSC’s Application Modernization & Cloud Consulting practice. Under Carol’s leadership, the unit experienced market-leading growth in both revenue and profit for multiple years. Notable clients include Freddie Mac, State of Washington, Zurich Financial Services, and MetLife.
Before joining CSC, Carol was a software engineer and development manager for Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard), a leading provider of hardware and software solutions in North America. Carol holds two US patents for digital data standards and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan with a double-major in Computer Sciences and French Language and Literature.

Rick is a founder, Chief Architect, and Practice Partner for the Application Development Practice. He comes to T4S with an extensive leadership background and over 25 years of experience in the consulting and software industry, most recently serving as a leader for Computer Sciences Corporation’s (CSC) IT Advisory & Strategy Group in North America. Under Rick’s leadership, this practice was responsible for delivering world-class client solutions in Enterprise Architecture, systems integration, agile development, application modernization, and new technology adoption, including cloud, DevOps, and IoT solutions.
Before joining CSC, Rick was the Technology Director for Sapient, a leading provider of comprehensive consulting software solutions, and served as a Technology Strategist for American Airlines. Rick has delivered successful solutions to a number of Fortune 500 companies and clients including ExxonMobil, Kroger, ULA, Newmont Mining, KinderCare, Accolade Health, and Merrill Lynch. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science from San Francisco State University.
OutSystems Practice Director
Kevin is our OutSystems Practice Director. He is responsible for the strategic partner relationship, offering development and go to market and practice P&L. Kevin has over 30 years of product and consulting experience in information technology and operations. His background includes leadership positions in product management, sales, account management, and consulting.
Before joining T4S, Kevin was the Product and Operations Lead over DXC’s global banking software portfolio. He was responsible for product management and services delivery across nine products and 100+ clients globally. In prior roles at CSC Consulting Group, Kevin led its mortgage software product business and held numerous roles in CSC as a Partner in the Southwest Region. Kevin has worked with many clients to optimize business processes with technology and address the challenges of digital modernization.

Michael is our Director of Managed and Support Services for T4S Partners, Inc. He is an ITOM, ITSM, and Best Practice expert with a successful track record and 20 years of experience spanning global corporate management, leading geographically dispersed teams, strategy, business development, project management, and operations, mentoring and implementing ITSM solutions and Best Practices. Michael’s certifications include ITIL V4 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), HDI-SCM (Help Desk Institute Service Center Manager), and Lean Six-Sigma. Professional experience includes created, managed and completed several RFP’s, including the selection process for multi-million-dollar contracts, including ITSM replacements. Continual Improvement expert removing waste and streamlining processes, and significantly reducing costs exceeding $2M per year for one client. Customer Experience expert building ITSM’s to facilitate Industry Leading Satisfaction results and metrics. ITOM expert helping drive automation, high productivity, and efficiencies of staff and processes. Michael has obtained many awards and high-level recognition in his past, including multiple Customer Service, services, and achievement awards.

John is the Director of Program & Project Management and brings effective leadership to the T4S team with his valuable work experiences, education, and certifications. With over 25+ years of work experience in the information technology sector, John has held critical leadership roles at IBM, Lockheed Martin, Oracle, PGI, Cherwell Software, and CACI. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. John also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundations certification.

Mike has 35+ years of experience in the IT industry as a programmer, technologist, consultant, practice manager, delivery executive and sales leader. He joins T4S Partners after nearly 2 decades at CSC/DXC as the Americas Practice Partner / Director in the areas of Infrastructure, Information Security, Workplace Services and Hybrid Cloud. Mike has worked to partner with clients of all sizes in most industries to implement IT solutions to deliver business and stakeholder value.

Charles brings 30 years of experience working with clients and partners to identify and deploy information technology business solutions across several industries. Charles is a Navy veteran; he most recently served as the Chief Operations Officer for a pediatric pulmonary and sleep medicine practice. Prior to T4S, Paul held sales leadership positions at Capgemini, DXC/CSC, and The Pinnacle Group Europe. Adrian resides in Colorado and oversees inside sales, marketing, and lead generation activities for T4S Partners. Adrian enjoys developing and maintaining long-lasting business relationships and brings leadership experience from multiple verticals. Carrie serves as Operations and Sales Coordinator for T4S Partners, Inc. Her areas of responsibility include business & sales operations, finance, and human resources. Gina is a software architect and developer who brings over 20 years of experience in application solutions as well as database design and development, data modeling, defect management, business analysis, deployment support, and project management. Her breadth and depth of experience allow her to succeed – from a people perspective in finding ways to motivate and empower those in her sphere of influence, from a business perspective in driving better processes, and from a technical perspective in architecting great solutions. Gina’s Industry experience includes Financial Services, Aerospace, Health Care, Telecommunications, Commercial Software, Retail, Utilities, and Gas Transportation.
Drew is a Principal Consultant with T4S Partners, Inc. He has over twenty years of experience in the field of IT software design and development and seven years as an Industrial Engineer. His primary role at T4S Partners is integrating Cherwell Service Management software with external systems either directly via web services or by leveraging the T4S Partners integration fabric. He is an advocate of best practice SDLC processes, takes ownership of technical challenges, and leverages business knowledge in making project decisions.
Steve brings nearly thirty years of experience delivering operational improvement through the deployment of vendor-package applications. Steve has worked across many industries in roles including implementation consultant, business process improvement specialist, and project/program manager. Steve relishes helping clients overcome difficult business challenges involving technology, people, and processes.
Dan has been working in the IT industry for many years, originally specializing in accounting and desktop publishing. He eventually found his true calling in software development creating specialized applications for a variety of customers. His experience ranges from inventory tracking systems for footwear manufacturers, scrap metal yards, and customized parts manufacturers to laboratory analytical data collection, electrical system load tracking, and specialized POS systems. For the last few years, he has been specializing in the ITSM space implementing ticketing systems, creating and documenting Change, Incident, and Problem Management teams, and even spent some time in the true operational areas of Application Support, Backups, Patching, and Monitoring. Dan is delighted to be back to his true love in computing; helping customers find solid solutions to their everyday data collection and reporting needs. He believes his vast experience in the operational side of businesses has given him a broader perspective to understanding the overall needs of an organization and looks forward to leveraging this hard-earned experience for years to come.
Matt is a Principal Consultant with T4S Partners, Inc. He has over ten years of experience in the field of IT, including administration, management, and support. Amanda is a Principal Consultant with T4S Partners with over 5 years of design and development experience in the world of Information Technology Service Management. She is experienced in recommending good practices, gathering requirements, and translating those requirements into value-add solutions within the Cherwell platform. She also is a skilled project manager well versed in managing a project lifecycle from inception to closure. Jeff brings over 20 years of solid hands-on software development expertise to T4S having worked in a wide variety of technologies and systems for industries including insurance, audio and web conferencing, e-publishing, container shipping and more… During his career Jeff has demonstrated versatility in learning new technologies and has an excellent track record of success on whatever systems new or existing he has been asked to take on. Gail Braun is a Professional Services Consultant with T4S Partners, Inc. Advisory Services practice with over twenty-five years in the field. Her specialty is business process design and re-engineering, business requirements documentation, test planning, and management and solution deployments. Prior to T4S Partners, Gail worked for CSC where she was a major contributor on many multi-year transformations from strategy through go-live, including providing ongoing support. Ryan has deep roots as a software architect and engineer with expertise in product ownership, development process, and technology leadership. Matt is a Principal Consultant with T4S Partners, Inc. He has ten years of diverse IT experience that includes web development, solutions architecture, application implementation & management, IT Management, and delivering innovative solutions to solve complex business problems. His Cherwell experience includes five years of strategy, design, configuration, and integrations for IT and business solutions (HR, Finance & Specialized Business Units). Experienced global services professional working as a Program & Project Manager for IT Service Management Services. Has managed over $1 million USD in projects within a diverse set of industries including finance, state & local, education, and other large enterprise organizations. Proven experience managing global scale projects with teams distributed across multiple regions and time zones. A passionate manager who works to ensure the team is working towards a common goal. Client obsession is at my core. Constantly work with clients to determine their needs and work to produce synergies with the right mix of delivery resources to ensure success. Instrumental in delivering process improvement and transformation strategies leveraging multiple technologies and standards including ITIL focused IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Security, and IT operations.
Van serves as a Project Manager. His areas of responsibility include functions related to project and program management. He is an operations expert with over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Van holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Louisiana State University and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Regis University. He is also PMP and ITIL Foundations V3 Certified as of March 2020. Van specializes in problem-solving and efficient dissemination of time-sensitive deliverables and communications.
Paul is an accomplished Enterprise Architect with over 20 years of experience designing technology solutions in large complex enterprises. He specializes in IT transformational processes such as Business Service Management (BSM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). Paul was most recently at Cherwell for 3 and a half years where he headed the creation of the Information Security Management System and other mergeable applications.
Mike brings 10 years of experience in IT covering implementation to support. For the past 5 years, he has been implementing, testing, and supporting solutions associated with Salesforce.com. Mike has worked with business partners from all facets of the company, from Product Creation to Sales and Finance. Mike has done work in multiple industries such as Marketing/Advertising and Manufacturing.
Mark is a Data Architect with over 20 years of experience guiding clients through the development and implementation of data-centric solutions at all levels within the enterprise. His passion is helping clients to discover, understand, and utilize their data to solve complex business solutions from small companies to Fortune 100 international businesses within the telecommunication, healthcare, financial, insurance, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Mark works with the lines of business to help them develop their business requirements, translate them into technical data requirements, and then develops, implements, and supports the solutions that address the targeted business needs.
Larry is a Principal Consultant with T4S Partners, Inc. He has nearly 20 years of diverse ITSM experience that includes web development, hardware and software implementation & management, organizational change, and IT Management, and solving complex business problems with innovative hardware and software solutions. His Cherwell experience includes five years of strategy, design, configurations, and integrations for IT and business solutions (HR, Facilities Management, Purchasing).
For more than 20 years, Jonathan has been developing and designing IT solutions. He has worked in various industries, including accounting for non-profit organizations, retail, telecom for education, and healthcare. He has helped clients to improve SEO, website, and API performance enhancements, creating and supporting distributed systems, and dealing with privacy policies such as GDPR and CCPA.
Peter is a Senior Architect who brings over 20 years of experience in software design/development adapting to requirements in an ever-changing environment. He has been certified as both an AWS Developer, AWS Solution Architect, and OutSystems Web developer. He enjoys engaging with people to define, outline, and solve business requirements utilizing the best architecture to drive solid and efficient solutions. Peter’s industry experience includes Commercial-Industrial Real Estate as well as multimedia.
Prior to joining T4S, Peter has held a variety of positions including, Senior Application Developer within Prologis: Logistic real estate & Supply chain Logistics and MediaNews group (MNG Enterprise, Inc) where he held various roles working in multimedia and Information technology supporting a broad range of products. Peter holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Long Island University.
Lance is a distinguished graduate from a world-renown university for engineering and applied sciences, Colorado School of Mines. He has had a life-long love of computers and the power/freedom they bring everyone that uses them. From a very early age, Lance knew he wanted to work in the IT arena and has worked every day since to attain his dream. With a thirst to learn and a large foundation built from early years in school, he will work hard to finish any project in an efficient and high-quality manner.
Nick is a Staff Consultant with T4S Partners, bringing 5 years of experience in consulting and legacy application transformation in the software industry utilizing both the waterfall and agile methodologies. Nick provides expertise in the elicitation of business requirements, data analysis, business process mapping, test management and Q/A analysis. Nick has a passion for providing clients transparency and cost-effective solutions in the industries of healthcare, financial, and benefits management services at both the state and federal levels.
Krista comes to T4S Partners as a Back-End and Application Transformation Developer. A graduate of The Colorado School of Mines and an avid code enthusiast whose background is in video game development, web application development, and robot planning software, Krista has a real passion for learning new languages and methods of programming.
David is a solid technology professional with a career spanning 20 years in the television origination/distribution industry. Having broad experience in technology services and leadership has helped enable growth and facilitate continual modernization in the companies he has worked for. David’s main areas of contribution are in software development, providing custom internal data solutions, workflow automation, and integration solutions for offerings needing a ‘value-add’. Internal workload migrations to cloud providers became an increasingly key component of his responsibilities as the lines of business and the clients being served began to embrace infrastructure and platform as a service model.
Luke joins the T4S Partners team as a Back-End Developer. He attended The Colorado School of Mines and has completed “Skill Distillery’s” full-stack boot camp. With a background in web development, object-oriented principles, and computer science, Luke has acquired an interest in expanding his knowledge base and building next-generation technology.
Rama Avupati has been working with T4S Partners since April 2019 and holds a master’s degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Computer Science. She has 5+ years of experience in IT as QA Analyst specialized in Manual Testing in different client sectors of General Insurance and Banking/Tax. Rama has worked in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and has experience in Database testing and API testing. Rama’s hobbies include gardening and sewing.

Application Analyst III
Thomas comes to T4S Partners as an Application Analyst III to help build out the Managed Services Practice as well as help assist with Infrastructure IT. Thomas has 10+ years in IT with a background in Network and Security and experience in a System Administrator Role. He takes pride in his 15+ years of customer service.
Thomas has his Network and Security+ Certifications and plans on earning multiple Microsoft and Cherwell certifications.
Scott is a Senior Consultant with T4S Partners. He brings with him 10 years of experience in User Interface Design and Development, with 15 years prior experience in print design in marketing and advertising. Scott has a proven record of versatility and adaptability to learn new technologies, establishing a history of providing technical and creative solutions. Prior to T4S, Scott’s Industry Experience includes commercial aviation, telecommunications, sports apparel, entertainment, retail marketing, and advertising. His specialties include UX/UI design and development, and design system development and implementation.
Tim is a software engineer with 4 years of development experience in enterprise applications. Specializing in UI, Tim’s attention to detail has helped him deliver satisfying and seamless user experiences. Also a communicator, Tim is consistently working with his team and business stakeholders to fine-tune user stories and produce accurate development requirements to deliver the right solution on time. His previous roles in logistics and operations at MillerCoors, Morgan Stanley, and Unilever have also contributed to his ability to see technical problems from an end-to-end perspective – ensuring that the software solutions he delivers fit holistically within an application.
Cameron is a software engineer with 5 years of development experience in enterprise applications. Utilizing his front-end development experience, Cameron’s diligence and technical expertise has combined to deliver satisfying and seamless front-end experiences. Also a backend developer, Cameron is always eager to jump on any project that needs help regardless of where on the technology stack. His previous roles as a full-stack developer at Accenture, State Farm, and Cytracom VOIP have also contributed to his ability to see technical problems from an end to end perspective – ensuring that the software solutions he delivers fit holistically within an application, bridging the gap between business and technology.
Jamie is an ITSM /CSM Consultant with over 8 years of experience eliciting and tracking business requirements, documenting processes and use cases, and developing workflow automation on various platforms including Cherwell and Adobe LiveCycle. She is well versed in Rapid Process Improvement, process standardization, ITSM practices, CMDB management, and Relational Database structure design/development for reporting. Her Industry exposure, covering Financial Services (Billing, Invoicing, Cost Estimation/Capacity Forecasting), Human Resources (New Hires, Changes, Separations) and multiple ITSM Departments (Change/Release Management, Backup and Recovery, Disaster Recovery, CMDB reliability/Asset and Patch Management, SLA Statistics, and Alert Processing), along with her strong self-discipline makes her able to face challenging projects with successful outcome. Jamie excels at providing continuous Customer Support and is personally dedicated to ensuring her knowledge is forever increasing.
Paul is a software architect and developer who consistently delivered innovative solutions for over 25 years that have contributed to the company’s growth, profitability, and overall efficiency. Adept at managing all tasks of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): requirements analysis, business process analysis, design, implementation and testing of multi-practice IT Service Management solutions to solve complex IT problems in Government (Federal & State), Financial (Banking), Healthcare, Insurance, Higher Education, Retail and Service Provider verticals. Diligent focus on collaboration, quality of outcomes, adherence to timelines and best practices, and clear communication of goals and expectations with client and delivery team. Paul is an Ivanti Certified Master for Service Manager, Ivanti Certified Consultant for Asset Manager, Ivanti Certified Consultant for Endpoint Manager, and is ITIL v4 Specialist certified. Paul also holds his MS in Information Management from Marymount University.
Application Analyst I
Before moving to Denver, Kelly graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in English and Business Administration. Since then, he has accumulated 3-years of IT experience, managing users and systems at an enterprise level. He is driven to continuously learn new technologies and skills that will allow him to better himself and T4S Partners. To accomplish this, he plans to obtain Cherwell, Microsoft and other IT certifications.
Ben is a Consultant with T4S Partners, Inc. He has 5 years of experience with the Cherwell platform along with over 10 years of experience with IT Management and Support. His experience has touched all levels of IT support and he brings this insight to Cherwell designs and implementations. His Cherwell experience is throughout a range of industries with a focus on Healthcare and Higher Education.
