Michael Keelan, has been promoted to Director of Managed and Support Services for T4S Partners, Inc. Denver based Delivery Center. Michael’s journey with T4S Partners, started in October 2019 as a Principal Consultant, assisting many clients with operational best practices and quality improvements. As he’s done before, Michael is building a World-Class Delivery Support Center aimed at assisting clients with advisory, managed and supporting services.
Michael Keelan is an ITOM, ITSM, and Best Practice expert with a successful track record and 20 years’ experience spanning global corporate management, leading geographically dispersed teams, strategy, business development, project management, and operations, mentoring and implementing ITSM solutions and Best Practices. Michael’s certifications include ITIL V3 (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), HDI-SCM (Help Desk Institute Service Center Manager), and Lean Six-Sigma. Michael has obtained many awards and high-level recognition in his past, including multiple Customer Service, services, and achievement awards. A Continual Improvement expert removing waste and streamlining processes, significantly reducing costs exceeding $2M per year for one client.
T4S Partners, Inc., has expanded upon the support it offers to clients. Operating remotely, our Virtual Support Services (VSS) Team will provide support to keep your Environment working optimally, provide advice on Best Practices, as well as support assistance, as requested.
When Michael is not studying and reading about IT trends and best practices, he enjoys time with his family and plays competitive and recreational soccer. He volunteers time to work with teenage soccer players to help them develop soccer skills, mental skills, and strength to better their future opportunities. He runs 5 and 10k’s for charity and donates to homeless projects in his local community.
