Jessica Stein is from Littleton, CO, and began her journey at T4S Partners in December of 2020. Jessica joined our company as Manager of Managed and Support Services. With a focus on understanding client issues and goals, Jessica is building our MSP (Managed Services Provider) team to provide support and advisory services to T4S Partners clients.
Jessica previously worked in the Healthcare Industry at Denver Health Hospital in their IT department as a Help Desk Supervisor. She has 12+ years of Customer Service and Service Desk experience. During her time at Denver Health, Jessica received 9 STAR Awards for outstanding customer service and 2 Patient Experience Pillar Awards. Jessica’s certifications include ITIL V3 Foundations (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), ITIL Intermediate Service Operations, HDI SCA (Help Desk Institute Service Center Analyst), HDI SCTL Help Desk Institute Service Team Lead. Jessica’s role will manage a World-Class Support Center assisting clients with all supporting services with a focus on aligning to best practices, quality, and streamlining operational performances.
When Jessica is not working she is chasing her two little boys, camping, paddle boarding, spending time in the outdoors, and enjoying a good Netflix movie or series.
