Area Sales Executive
T4S Partners, Inc. is currently looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team. The right individuals should be self-starters, that are able to work both independently and as part of a team. This position is ideal for the Sales Executive that is looking to control their own schedule and be highly compensated for driving results. Sales position is available in the Chicago area. Other locations will be considered for the right individual.
The position reports to the Managing Partner of the company and will sell IT Consulting services offered by T4S Partners: Enterprise Service Management, Application Transformation, and Cloud Enablement. The Sales Executive will work closely with our key alliance partners – Cherwell, Microsoft, OutSystems, FixStream, Jitterbit, ScienceLogic, Espressive, and others.
T4S Partners is hiring candidates with good communication skills and that can work effectively in a highly dynamic team setting. Consulting services sales experience is preferred though not required. This position will require working directly with clients, alliance partners and our delivery staff.
- Develop a sales strategy and plan in your assigned sales territory including a target prospect list.
- Establish / develop relationships with potential customers and key channel partner personnel.
- Work with our Inside Sales and Technology Partners to design and execute sales campaigns, web/seminars, and sales events to build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Qualify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Execute a sales process and manage opportunities to closure.
- Responsible for developing client proposals and statements of work.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- At least five years of sales experience in a comparable role.
- Possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Possess strong consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
- Experience with selling ITSM tools, Microsoft, Enterprise Software, Application Services or Strategy Consulting, is a plus.
- Experience in selling Professional Services and Application Software engagements.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with sales methodology, process and sales funnel management.
