T4S Partners, Inc. is currently looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team. The right individuals should be self-starters, that are able to work both independently and as part of a team. This position is ideal for the Sales Executive that is looking to be compensated based on their ability to drive results. This is a leverage role with no cap on earnings and OTE of $250 – $275K. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO plan. We are specifically looking for individuals in the following regions – Southeast, TOLA, Midwest and Northeast.
The position reports to the CEO of the company and will be responsible for developing customer and partner relationships in the territory, as well as selling the companies IT Consulting services across our key practice areas of, Enterprise Service Management, Cloud Enablement and Application Transformation. The companies’ services span the lifecycle of Advise, Transform and Manage. The Account Executive will work closely with our key alliance partners – Ivanti, OutSystems, Virima, Resolve, espressive, Microsoft, Magic and others.
T4S Partners is hiring candidates with good communication skills and that can work effectively in a highly dynamic team setting. Consulting services and/or software sales experience is preferred though not required. This position will require working directly with clients, alliance partners and our delivery staff.
- Develop a sales strategy and plan in your assigned sales territory including a target prospect list
- Establish / develop relationships with potential customers and key channel partner personnel
- Work with our Inside Sales and Technology Partners to design and marketing activities, execute sales campaigns, web/seminars, and sales events to build a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Qualify and develop new sales opportunities
- Execute a sales process and manage opportunities to closure
- Responsible for contributing to client proposals and statement of work development
- Actively work within the CRM and other systems that support the selling process
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- At least five years of sales experience in a comparable role
- Possess strong organizational and analytical skills
- Possess strong consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
- Experience with selling ITSM/ESM tools, Digital Transformation, Application Modernization, Cloud, Enterprise Software or Strategy Consulting, is a plus
- Experience in selling Professional Services and Application Software engagements
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM)
- Experience with sales methodology, process and sales funnel management
